1. Do you ship internationally?
We currently DO NOT ship internationally, but when we expand we will make sure our products are available everywhere for everyone.
2. Where are your vendors located?
As of right now all of the vendors we work with are located in California.
3. How do I make changes to an order that I've already placed?
If you want to make a change to an order that has already been placed you need to email us as soon as possible before we are able to pack and fulfill the order. Once the order has been fulfilled and dropped off for delivery then we have to wait until the package is delivered to you. We DO NOT accept returns, however you can exchange the item within 7 days of your delivery. (visit our Returns Policy Page for more information)
4. Why is my shipping fee more expensive compared to others?
Shipping fees will depend on your shipping address, weight of the package(s) and requested speed of delivery. If you live in a more remote area then your shipping fee may be higher than usual rates.
5. How can I track my order if I don't receive tracking information?
If you do not receive your USPS tracking information via email after your order is fulfilled and shipped then you can email us and we will resend your tracking information as soon as possible.
6. What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer three methods of shipping with USPS and they all come with tracking information. USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Express. Visit our Shipping Policy Page for more information.
7. Do you sell plus size clothing?
Yes, we do offer plus size clothing, but as of right now only in select styles. For the styles that are offered in plus sizes we carry sizes 1X, 2X & 3X.
8. Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, are available for purchase online for $10, $25, $50 and $100. Gift cards never expire and are able to be transferred to your Apple Wallet.
